Okay. This is my world. And I'm gonna explain this once. Because no one gets it. Except Setsuna...

This is where I come from and here's how it works.

Assiah sits in between Heaven and Hell, okay? That's like Earth, basically. And when I left, it was frozen in time--Adam Kadamon froze everything so Setsuna could go and rescue him. And the wire-looking things are the connections between Heaven and Hell. It's gotta all hold together. It's important. As much as I hate the angels up in Heaven, we have to keep things balanced.

And there's Heaven. The top layer and the second layer have names. The others are just all called Yatzirah. I think they have special names for each of them, but I don't care.

My country, the Kingdom of the Evils, is the top layer under Assiah, Anagura. We're from Gehenna, yeah, but we're closer to humans than to the Satans who live down in Sheol. ...Hatter can explain some of that too. That's why we're called "Evils" and not "Satan" or anything. I mean, yeah, we're demons, but we're different. Alexiel explained it: when you write "evil" backwards you get "live." The humans called us that and they wrote it backwards as a magic charm, to hide the real power. Kind of a weird name to give someone you hate, "live"? That's why Alexiel thinks--and I think so too--that maybe humans and evils lived together once.

It gets worse the farther you go down. Trust me, I know. It gets weirder and darker and more dangerous the farther down you get. All kinds of weird things down there. I met Abaddon down there--Prince Abaddon, not my dragon here. And we sit on top of all of it. I don't know if that makes us better or worse or what.

But my country might as well not exist anymore. After the angels attacked and slaughtered so many people--it wasn't a war, it was just murder! Andthen all the pollution from Assiah seeping down to us. We're connected, you get it? So crap that happens on Assiah happens to us too!

That's why I hate humans and angels. Sometimes. Because the angels came down and murdered everyone, even my family. And the humans are too stupid to know they're killing us too.

But there's still some of us left. And I'm the princess so I have to keep everything together. We're different from the demons down further. We have the dragon gods and the spirits of nature, even if our land is being poisoned.

So, yeah. That's my world. If you come to visit, you'd better be able to fight. There's a war on. A war between Heaven and Hell. And once we win, once everything's peaceful again, then it'll be good. It'll be right.

Setsuna's gone now. But he's gone back. He's gone to fight. He's a stupid jerk for leaving me here again. But he's gone to fight for us. And that's good.

I'm really glad...

And that's my kingdom and that's my world. And I'm going to help save it!

You'd think a guy with a flaming skull for a head might not be so great, but he was a pretty nice guy. I mean, I've seen some freaky stuff--really freaky--but it always seems to work that way. The freakier something looks, the more okay it is. Usually. Not always.

And the prettier something is, sometimes the worse it is. Not always. But I've seen it happen a lot.

Wish Setsuna were here. He'd've liked to have met him too. You'd better come back, Setsuna. You're missing all the good stuff. And Sara's not happy without you.
